Hello, to anyone interested in wanting to hear my experience in selecting Amatul Waheed as my Real Estate agent to sell our Home. I had seen her ads in the community, whether it be on Via buses or the countless 🏡 homes for sale, so, I always knew she was familiar with not only the property but also the people of this community ! So, when I mentioned it to my wife, she agreed with my instincts. After our first meeting, I knew we chose a 🏆 WINNER ! 🥇 She made us feel comfortable, sitting down with her, explained the market and came to a Fair , and agreeable price for our house. Reassured us that our home would be Sold, and convincingly said " Trust me, I will get it DONE ! Well, she always kept us updated, frequently, letting us know of our showings, and was only a text or phone call away. In what seemed record time , she sold our house and KEPT HER WORD ! 🙂 I Highly recommend Amatul, to anyone who wants to either buy or sell a Home., she is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, understanding of residents and does everything with a nice Smile, on her Face !
