Team Vince Chan was excellent to deal with, and I provide you with my highest recommendation of them! I listed my house in North Burnaby with them, and was very pleased with the result. They took some great pictures for the listing. Once the property was listed, they did a great job touring potential purchasers through the house. While the market was very active at the time, Team Vince Chan did a great job of working with potential buyers to obtain the best possible offer for me. In the end, they exceeded my original expectation of price, and acted completely professionally throughout the process! Highly recommended!
