Noel Yii and Ivan Lung on the team came recommended by my cousin for the sale of my father' house. They handled the sale of my aunt's and uncle's house about 1.5 years ago. We felt an immediate rapport the first time we met them. They were insightful and came prepared with research and knowledge on the neighbourhood, the market for my father's house, and the type of prospective buyers. They were strategic, practical and succinct with their advice and set our expectations appropriately based on the current market. They were also very detailed and organized in terms of their suggested timeline of all the steps from the outset so we can take advantage of listing traffic at various times of the year. They were also crucial in providing excellent referrals for various cleaning, repair and household item removal services. The referrals were all efficient, detailed and very pleasant to work with. During the process of preparing the house for listing, hosting open houses and negotiating with the prospective buyers, they were quick, efficient, very clear in explaining the reasons for their suggested actions and what the next steps would be. Both Noel and Ivan looked out and protected our interest with their practical and strategic advice while keeping the buyers engaged. In the current challenging market, from the first open house to clearance of subject of a very good offer, it all took place within 2 weeks!
