The team who really took care of us from start to finish (and even up to now). We got Vince as our buyer agent when we bought our first condo property about ten years ago. Then we reached out for his service again late last year when my husband and I decided to sell it in order to upgrade to a bigger place. SELL: Noel and Ivan helped us prepare our condo to be listing ready. As parents with young kids, this is quite hard to implement within a set timeline but they helped us along the way. They got us organized, linked us to service providers who can help prepare our condo unit for showing i.e. painting, disposal and moving services and set realistic timeline of expected activities with us. They looked after our interest during offer/negotiation stage that we were able to sell our place at a good price and within a fair timeframe. They even hands-on helped us during our move-out day! BUY: Leona and Gabe made sure we see listings that are within our budget and preference. They were very honest with what to expect on the single-detached house market and gave us options to consider or think about. They helped us look at a few houses to compare with, connected us with good service providers who helped us inspect the house and made sure we make an informed, realistic and happy decision before we bought our new place. They also connected us with contractors who can assist us with minor renovations at our new place. Overall Team Vince Chan really worked as a well-coordinated team. They treated us like we were part of their family and have a great sense of humour that made our selling and buying experience fun.
