This is a great experience of buying a property at another city. My acquaintance with Ivan did not come through a friend's recommendation but rather through an online search. Despite being in different cities, his professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and patience dispelled all my concerns, leading to a smooth completion of the entire process. If there's one area for improvement, it would be when I submitted the security deposit. Due to being in another city, his company only accepted wire transfers and not bank drafts for the deposit, causing inconvenience and increasing my costs. As for Ivan's service, I give it a 5-star rating.
