Gabriel and Leona were wonderful to work with. Gabriel showed us many houses, working with our schedules, and he was always available for questions and quick with responses. It was very easy to communicate with Gabriel and Leona. The buying process was fun and stress-free, thanks to their knowledge. Their expertise was invaluable, especially in today’s market. Gabriel and Leona worked tirelessly to find our perfect townhome and I fully trusted them to negotiate on our behalf with our best interests in mind.

<p><br /> I was very impressed with Team Vince Chan. They are very knowledgeable of housing in the LMD and was able to provide us with insight and knowledge we did not have. They understood what we were looking for in a house and did not waste our time on places we were not interested in. They provided us with excellent services (financing, home inspection and lawyer) who were cheaper than I expected but provided a great service. 5-Star service! Will use again if I decide to move in the future!</p>
