We have used Simon a couple of times now in the last 3 years to sell houses for us, each time he has done his homework on the area and produced a folder of material that he sits down with us to go over detailing the neighborhood pros and cons, house's in competition, and recent sales and values. He is always professional, on time and considerate of our concerns regarding the sale of our property. The last sale exceeded the asking price which he said it would.

<p>I must say, Simon is one of the best realtors in town. We met him by accident when me and my boyfriend were trying to find a house on our own. Not knowing that he works through referral only, when we phoned his office and asked if he can represent us in the house that we are interested in, he stepped in and did not hesitate to provide us with his services. And when the deal that we found on our own did not go through, he willingly signed us in and helped us find the right house in a short period of time. He is definitely not your ordinary realtor. He goes above and beyond his work and makes sure that he acts on the best interests of his clients. Not only is he knowledgeable in every neighbourhood that we wanted, he is also very hardworking and friendly as well. The journey of buying our first house was made easy by Simon and we cannot thank him enough.</p>
