We are thoroughly impressed with our experience with Simon Hunt. He spent ample time with us finding just the right home and he was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the sale from red flags with certain properties to providing names of trades to following through on all the details of the sale. We have already given his name to family and friends. We couldn't be happier with our experience with him.

Beyond helpful, Simon reworked his schedule to fit us in, and if he was not available he found the time as soon as possible for us. With Simons guidance we got our dream home we never thought we could get. I would recommend Simon and Shannon to everyone

Simon was very professional and responsive to all requests and quickly arranged for a contractor to fix some minor issues identified in the house inspection.

Simon and Shannon Hunt did a wonderful job sending us listings and keeping us updated. It was very convenient having the mortgage broker and lawyer available through them as first home buyers, took lots of stress away from an already stressful situation. Would definitely work with them again in the future!
