<p>This is the second time that I hired Simon and have no doubt that I will go through him again should I require his services in the future.</p> <p>Very personable and professional. He always has the right person in his pocket no matter what seemed to come up.</p>

<p>I am a very skeptical, risk adverse and not an easily trusting person. Typically I dont trust salespeople, however after being guided through this process I would trust Simon with almost anything. Simon made this incredibly stressful and important life event easy. He guided us through the process with patience and expertise. His advice was always outstanding and on point. He is incredibly adept during negotiating phases knowing what the opposite party is likely to do and having plans ahead. I really truly cant think of any qualities he lacks as a realtor.<br /> During the selling process he sold our house quickly explaining exactly why he was pricing it how he was, he lined up fantastic stagers and photographers, then listed the house amazingly well. It sold quickly, which is what you want. He also was shrute during the negotiating process and was quick to close.<br /> During the buying process his understanding of both the market and the values of home features (ie property size, build dates, renos, location) make you feel comfortable in knowing you are paying fair market value or in our case better.<br /> Also in the buying process he is not pushy in anyway. We dragged him to over 40 homes in 3 months and even during the latter stages he was telling us which properties to avoid based on structural issues and market value (even though we really liked them).<br /> The house we did end up purchasing we did not even see in person. We had to send Simon in to look as we were on vacation. He knew exactly what we were looking for. We couldnt be happier. Again he is on point during negotiations and saved us big money!</p> <p>The crazy part is Simon is amazing.... BUT his team is even better. They are so helpful and responsive, working schedules getting offers done, booking viewings. He really makes you feel like there is a whole team working for just you.</p> <p>Thank you to both Simon and his wonderful staff. You made an experience which I in no way find enjoyable, tolerable (which is saying alot) with your reassurance and gave me the confidence to know we were always making the best choices! Oh ya and you also put us into our dream home so theres that. Thank you!</p>

<p>Simon and his associates were very professional and the sale went as smoothly as could be expected with me receiving almost the asking price in a depressed Calgary market. By acting on the advice of Simon and his stager I was able to sell my property in less than 2 days.</p>

<p>We found Simon to be an exceptional Agent. He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Simon has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he brings to the relationship when buying or selling a home. He has a keen ability to offer advise but at the same time allowing you to make the final decision. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. I would certainly use his services again.</p>
