<p>Simon is an outstanding relator. Every time I have used him (this is the fourth time) he has exceeded my expectations in every area. When I list with Simon I am armed with so much information that understanding the value of my home is easy. I am supported by his team and a vast network of professionals in whatever area I need to get my home on the market. Not only is he professional but he gets to know his clients and genuinely cares about them on a personal level. <p>Simon is the best realtor my wife and I ever used hands down. We used him to sell our house which took close to 6 month to sell. It was not an easy process but one thing we didn't need to worry about was our realtor.</p> <p>You would think for a top performing agent he would be pressuring his selling clients to sell at a low price. Not the case at all. He was very laid back the whole time he represented us and very objective in his pricing. He is very client focused and we know the whole time he had our backs 100%. His marketing material is phenomenal and knowledge is vast. We actually found Simon because he was the other party's agent on a separate transaction, and we found he represented his client much better than our's did.</p> <p>We would definitely use Simon on our next real estate deal. Once you have used him, you would have much higher expectations from Realtors.</p>
