Simon and his team did a very thorough job with measuring and photographing the home, having a stager come in to give advice, creating the beautiful brochures and providing all the advice. Simon also arranged to have the minor repairs that needed to be done at a very reasonable cost.

<p>Simon worked closely with us ( along with his team) from start to closing. Did not feel he was a high pressure salesman.He managed the negotiation w the buyers realtor very professionally.</p>

We have used Simon a couple of times now in the last 3 years to sell houses for us, each time he has done his homework on the area and produced a folder of material that he sits down with us to go over detailing the neighborhood pros and cons, house's in competition, and recent sales and values. He is always professional, on time and considerate of our concerns regarding the sale of our property. The last sale exceeded the asking price which he said it would.
