<p>Simon is a fabulous real estate agent. If you've ever worked with a real estate agent and thought "this could be done better" ... Simon has thought of 99% of it and executes it all perfectly. He and his team provide the full service (professional photography, staging, custom home searches and comps within minutes of requesting it). Simon is very professional and respectful of his clients wishes. He knows when a deal is right and when it's not. He knows when to push or give you space. He is always on time and although he is exceptionally busy, you never feel rushed with him. He's very knowledgeable of reno projects and costs involved. He knows how to price properties accurately to move the property. He's also easy to talk to and a great story teller. I would recommend Simon to anybody.</p>

<p>Simon and his team made the whole process so simple. We just purchased our first home and had many questions, they were always answered quickly and he never made us feel like it was too much.</p> <p>He was helpful and honest about about every property we saw and he gave us a lot of tips. It didn't matter if the property was at the top of our budget or the bottom, he made the same effort with each house. He really took a lot of the stress out of it and it was nice feeling like you had someone in your corner.</p> <p>He has an amazing team and they work hard to make it easy for you. He makes time for you and will make sure that you find the right house. He worked with our very difficult schedules and honestly helped us more than he needed too. We are very thankful for being directed his way.</p>

Buying our first home was surprisingly fairly stress free and we can say this was largely due to Simon’s support.
