<p><br /> I would highly recommend Simon to anyone that is buying or selling a property. He was patient throughout the entire process of searching for the right property. His knowledge of the market, neighborhoods and industry players is exemplary. He is kind and considerate, always showing personal interest in you and your family. He is a skilled negotiator which served me well with both the buying and selling of my properties. Whether it is a million dollar property or a $100,000 property, Simon shows the same care and attention. Throughout the entire process, he as a valuable coach and confidante. He shared his perspective and knowledge, he discussed options and he ensured I had all the information I need to make the right decisions. He was by my side through the whole process and ensured these were smooth transitions. Simon is amazing and I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.</p>

We just purchased our first home and had many questions, they were always answered quickly and he never made us feel like it was too much.</p> <p>He was helpful and honest about about every property we saw and he gave us a lot of tips. It didn't matter if the property was at the top of our budget or the bottom, he made the same effort with each house. He really took a lot of the stress out of it and it was nice feeling like you had someone in your corner.</p> <p>He has an amazing team and they work hard to make it easy for you. He makes time for you and will make sure that you find the right house. He worked with our very difficult schedules and honestly helped us more than he needed too.
