<p><br /> We are first time buyers and had no idea what we were getting into. We made contact with Simon after being referred to him but my mom, a fraud investigator. She trusted him and that made us know he really is the best!<br /> He had patience and helped us out when we got frustrated. We decided to reevaluate what we were looking for and found our home just before Christmas! He helped us find a good neighbourhood that was safe and a great home to bring our expected baby home to.<br /> He answered all our questions and upon receiving the keys, he organised a locksmith be there to change the locks for us. One more thing we weren't expecting and was a relief. His team is great too. If he couldn't be there, Nathan showed us a couple places and became a friend. All his staff work together to find the answers and are so nice!</p> <p>There's a reason Simon and his team are ranked so high! They truly are the best! Thank you for helping us make our home here in Calgary!</p>

He and his team provide the full service (professional photography, staging, custom home searches and comps within minutes of requesting it). Simon is very professional and respectful of his clients wishes. He knows when a deal is right and when it's not. He knows when to push or give you space. He is always on time and although he is exceptionally busy, you never feel rushed with him. He's very knowledgeable of reno projects and costs involved. He knows how to price properties accurately to move the property. He's also easy to talk to and a great story teller. I would recommend Simon to anybody.</p>
