<p>Our experience with Simon and his team was fantastic! He was able to fit us into his very busy schedule at the time, and came well equipped with market comps, and current listings within our area. We wanted our house up for sale quite quickly, and his team made that happen without any delay. We especially love the experienced photographer, the advice from the stager and all of the helpful communication through his team in the office.</p> <p>We are very happy to say that our house was conditionally sold within 4 days of listing. Simon had to use some magical negotiating powers with some ridiculous requests from the buyers. If we did not have him as our realtor, with his passion and professionalism, I'm not sure our house would have sold so quickly and seamlessly.</p> <p>Thank you, Simon and your Team, for all your hard work!</p>

<p>Simon is everything you could want in a realtor. Our house had been on the market for 6 months with another realtor and when we switched to Simon his team took care of everything! The staging was a great help and his change in perspective, professional photos and write up made all the difference. We sold two weeks later. Simon's knowledge of the industry is top notch but his ability to explain it to his customers is a talent few realtors have. When it came time to find our new house Simon gave us everything we needed to find exacty what we wanted. The teams professional booklets, were a huge help and we always felt like a priority no matter how busy Simon was. He was right on top of the house we wanted the day it came on the market, helped us through a bidding war, and we still feel like we got a fair price! I would not only recommend Simon, I would buy and sell with him again in a minute.</p>

He was a big supporter to us in selling the house in this downturn Calgary economy. If we known him earlier, our house should have been sold faster. <p><br /> Rarely have I ever given a perfect rating on any review. I tried to find a category where I could critique less than a perfect "5" rating, though was honestly unable to do so. As selling my home became a necessity due to personal circumstances, there was a lot of emotion involved in the process. Simon was incredibly compassionate of these circumstances, enabling me to proceed at my own readiness during every point of the sales process. Once I recognized this compassion, I knew I was in safe hands.</p> <p> </p> <p>Simon had a stager come in to help me prepare my home for the ultimate sales condition possible. This was significantly helpful for me. The stager was sensitive in her approach of what she felt would improve the presentation of the property. She then provided an 8 page itemized list of the detail we had gone through together. Once ready, Simon had a professional photographer come in who did beautiful work in photographing the property. At many points throughout this process, Simon checked in to see how I was doing, a concern I believe most agents would not engage in.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once showings began, Simon's incredibly kind and competent staff were on top of every detail and notified me immediately of any showing requests. The couple showings I was unable to accommodate were quickly rescheduled. Many phone calls to Simon's office staff offered the information, guidance, even encouragement I was needing at that moment. A link was provided to me, showing all comments given by agents and their clients who had viewed my home. The final result was a conditional sale in only 2 weeks + 2 days! I was incredibly pleased, especially considering the current housing market in Calgary. And remarkably, I was able to close the sale, dropping the price by only 1.94% of my original asking price.</p> <p> </p> <p>Simon was incredibly supportive through the unnerving "offer stage". He never rushed nor pushed me to make any decision during the negotiation phase, but rather looked out for my best interests, empowering me to be firm, yet creative in my final negotiation. In saying that, Simon remained ethical and fair towards the buyers' requests. The professionalism and efficiency in which Simon Hunt operates his business is truly a polished model of excellence. And the way in which Simon conducts himself personally, is no other than with uncompromising honesty and integrity. This is all executed with a passion for his career and a relentless devotion to his clients. <p><br /> Simon is a very hard worker. He has an outstanding team working with him.He is well versed in the Calgary real estate market. It is no wonder that he is ranked highly amongst his peers. I have recommended him to others and I will continue to do so.</p>

<p>Simon goes above and beyond for his clients. His communication with his team is extremely impressive, with that said his team is incredible. I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone with his integrity. Simon makes calls even when the sale has closed. Will use Simon again should wee buy or sell and recommend Simon completely.</p>
