<p>Richard Pearce and the team at Guidestar Realty are absolute professionals. I would recommend Richard to anyone, especially younger, first time home owners.</p> <p>Our experience with Richard Pearce was excellent. Richard helped us out through the entire process of finding a home, coming to an agreement with the sellers, and eventually buying it.</p> <p>We were always being updated with listings in our preferred area that met our criteria and budget. Mr. Pearce was very good about promptly booking showings and had an honest eye for good and bad things he noticed in those showings.</p> <p>Overall, the experience was exceptional. Not only is he great with communication, his network is big. He referred a great mortgage broker to us. Richard was essential in our house hunt.
