I met Richard a few years ago at another home resale. When I decided to render his services this year, I felt like we were well taken care of. I could tell from the way he communicates that he knows what he is talking about. He is very polite, well mannered, honest, and has good personality. He informed us of market conditions in an easy to understand format, even during a pandemic, and pointed out the facts as they are, without bolstering up the situation to force us into any decision. Richard sold my home in 2 days, with multiple offers. I wouldn't hesitate to employ his services again.
