I have used Richard a number of times for purchasing properties. Its always been a pleasure. He has always been very quick to get back to me and updated me as new properties match what I'm looking for. He has put up with my indecisiveness and multiple viewings, and help greatly by listening to me talk through my options. He has really helped me to meet my often crazy timelines, and last time he even negotiated a better deal than I was initially expecting. Thanks for all your hard work. Until next time.

<p>Based on the experience I've had, I would never use Richard again, nor would ever recommend him to anyone. He encouraged me to sell my place for too little, with some conditions that my seasoned veteran lawyer had never seen or heard of, and encouraged me to pay 10-15K too much for this place, in the opinion of several other agents. I also found his attitude to be very smug at times throughout the process.</p>

I recently faced a situation where I had to quickly sell my Ottawa condo, while living in Toronto. Richard came highly recommended, and I soon found out I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Richard quickly grasped my situation, and did everything needed to facilitate the (very quick) sale of my condo. Most importantly, he was kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of every development, he responded quickly and efficiently to all inquiries from me (and potential buyers), he gave me great advice, and he made it all happen in as smooth and as painless a way possible. I first spoke to him on a Monday about selling my condo, and by the following Monday my place had sold. I will be forever grateful not just for the fact that he made it happen, but how he made it happen. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to buy or sell - he is tops!
