Richard has abundance of knowledge and expertise in the field. As a first time single homebuyer, I have come out to be far more confident with the process of purchasing a property. Richard made shopping for our first home a breeze. He was there for any and all questions we had (and we had many) in a timely manner. He did showings with not much notice, and it was difficult to do given COVID19 restrictions. His contacts (inspector, mortgage broker) that he recommended were great as well.
