Richard has abundance of knowledge and expertise in the field. As a first time single homebuyer, I have come out to be far more confident with the process of purchasing a property. Richard has made it a smooth transition for me. Having worked with quite a few inspectors, he has gained an in-deapth knowledge of different properties in addition to a life long experience the field. Richard is honest and will state factual information where ever needed. He has helped answer all my technical questions and at a level of my understanding. He is reliable and provides timely and quick response, most times within the same hour. Richard made shopping for our first home a breeze. He was there for any and all questions we had (and we had many) in a timely manner. He did showings with not much notice, and it was difficult to do given COVID19 restrictions. His contacts (inspector, mortgage broker) that he recommended were great as well. His knowledge of the market definitely shows. I would recommend Richard to any home buyer, and particularly to first time home buyers.
