Richard did an amazing job finding our house for us. We got lots of emails showing homes that would suit what we were looking for. He did find our home for us and we are thrilled. Richard is organized (very punctual) and really knows his stuff Thanks again for ALL your help.

What sets Richard apart from other agents we’ve worked with in the dozen real estate transactions we’ve had over the years is his knowledge and judgment regarding the key factors that result in successful outcomes – setting the listing price, marketing the property to maximum advantage through professional photos and compelling written descriptions, presenting the property to maximum advantage by ‘staging’ the home, building rapport with buyers’ and sellers’ agents, and advising and responding to offers. Richard excels in each of these areas, offering expert service and sound advice in a low-key extremely effective manner, but even more important in my experience is his flexibility in taking our ideas and opinions into account. This is the third time we’ve called on Richard to assist us with a real estate transaction – once to buy, once to rent, and once to sell. And in all three instances in ‘good’ and ‘bad’ markets, the results have exceeded our expectations.

Richard is an excellent agent. Warm and engaging, he led us through the process from A to Z.He supplied excellent advice at each step. He was prompt and attentive, coming to our premises as required. We strongly recommend him.

This is the 2nd time I am using Richard's services. Once last year, (2020), to sell, and this year, (2021), to buy. I found him to be the same as usual: punctual, mannerly, very resourceful, & informative. He even went as far as to hop a 7 foot wooden fence, barefoot, to help us out of locked backyard, during a home showing. He's our Olympic Hero! ;)

Our association with Richard started over 2 1/2 years ago. Due to unexpected circumstances our hunt for a new house came to a slow down, but Richard was always there sending us what might be prospective properties. This spring our hunt fo a new house was able to continue and we found what we were looking for. Richards knowledge of what to look for in a resale was very helpful, plus his viewpoints on the market and whether a house was priced right helped us in making decisions. There are a few improvements we are going to have done on our new house and Richards contacts with good and reliable contractors has been a huge help seeing as we are not from this area and.have no one we know to contact. If we were to be looking for a new place again in the future, we would definitely be going with Richard as our agent, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an agent to work for them.
