Ralph and the team helped us buy and sell recently. Our family chose them on advice from friends of ours who were previous clients and we were NOT disappointed. They were exceptionally responsive and quite knowledge of the city where we bought / sold and provided us a comprehensive, step by step expectation of the process on both sides. The team excels at keeping lines of communication open, managing expectations and giving us enough guidance to help us keep calm and in control of the process. From their team giving us boxes, helping us dispose of junk and donations, to staging and even window washing, a true start to finish approach that Wow'd us.
