Our Third Home Sold with Ralph, and The Helping You Move Team. As our family has grown, and our needs evolved, we have always been able to trust the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new one with Ralph and The Helping You Move Team. Sometimes it's not the bigger picture, but the small behind the scenes things that really reassure you, you're more than just a client, but that truly they have your best interests at heart. We were selling a home with 2 toddlers, and a crazy work schedule, with myself working days, and my husband working nights. Their ability to handle our schedule seamlessly without a second thought, how quickly we were able to get the house on the market, all while out looking for a new home. We have always known we were in the best of hands, but to handle the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new one - without us having to take time off of work, or miss a nap time, we're fortunate to have a team behind us, that grows with us and our needs. They managed to quickly sell our home in what I would say would be a somewhat difficult area, on a busy street, for a great price. We had Extremely Picky, and somewhat difficult buyers who seemed to want the world. Ralph was able to handle them at what seemed to be their worst, and turn what started out as a long incredibly finicky list of demands, into a small Reasonable list, leaving both parties extremely happy. We had a home that thankfully had a lot of showings, and each time we had exceptional communication on how the showing went, and what to continue to expect. We continued to get frequent updates on the market we were selling in, as well as the one we were buying in. We've always been incredibly thankful / grateful to have them guiding us, but in times like this it made it all more evident how truly important it is to have someone with Ralph's knowledge and personal experience behind you. As always we will continue to recommend their services, I absolutely believe you are in the very best of hands. The knowledge the team has combined is second to none.
