<p>I thought Ralph and his team have been outstanding - particularly setting our selling price, timing of listing and particularly in people and negotiating skills. My only comment of suggestion would be to be more cautious with other agents visiting our home with their clients as there were a few times that lights were left on and the house was not left secure - doors and windows not locked.</p> <p>Ralph and his team has certainly gone over and above our expectations. Not just in selling and purchasing a home, but in being patient with us through the process as well as assisting us in staging and presenting our home to sell.</p> <p>We would certainly recommend Ralph to anyone looking to sell our purchase a home.</p>

We hired Ralph to assist us with selling our first home. We had never gone through this process before and we had a lot of questions. He patiently walked us through the process step by step. We were excited to work with him as he has a great reputation but we were so impressed that along with his knowledge and expertise, he was backed by his team of people who were all committed to making our home look its best. Before the house went on the market, he brought in a handyman to assist with small updates and fixes that were needed as well as a staging company that made our home look beautiful. The team really understood what appeals to buyers and some of the smallest changes were so impactful. We would have never known if it wasn’t for Ralph’s advice pointing us in the right direction. The video crew and photographer did an amazing job capturing the details of our home and Ralph’s team created amazing marketing material that was promoted online and distributed throughout our community. We were so impressed with how quick the process was. Ralph was able to sell our home in less than a week with multiple competing offers and we sold over asking. We were blown away with how amazing the experience was and feel very fortunate to have worked with Ralph. He truly exceeded all expectations and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
