I called Ralph because I had gone to one of his open houses a few years back and remembered how knowledgeable he was and not pushy at all and that’s exactly the person I wanted to sell my own home. When I called him his number went directly to him and not his office that told me he would give me a call back days later . He was so flexible and easy to talk to. He has made this process so easy especially with a baby. I was very stressed and worried about getting my house in order but he got a cleaning company and movers and handled everything for me. I was blown away I am so grateful for him and his team. When it came down to negotiations with our buyer I was sure we would have to go below what we were hoping to sell for since the market isn’t doing so well but he told us to have faith in him and to let him work his magic and he sure did!! He even helped us with our paperwork on buying our family friend’s house just out of his own kindness. He truly is so nice. We previously had tried to sell a few years back with different agents and it was a nightmare so I am just so beyond grateful that he was our agent and that he took such good care of us. Ralph and his team helped us sell our parent's house. They were professional and very helpful from start to finish. They made everything go like clockwork. They even helped us clear out some of the large furniture pieces. I would use them to sell my own home in the future! Ralph even negotiated a higher price than the list price. That is amazing in this market!
