Working with Ralph Ciancio and the team made the whole experience so amazing! Ralph and his team were in constant contact with me as we prepared, listed and sold my condo. His whole team made a very daunting task seem so effortless! Ralph had so much information and knowledge of the condo market and he was able to put my mind at ease in what is one of the top 3 stressors in life! Ralph built a good relationship with my tenants and earned their trust by being true to his word of not having their lives disrupted too much during the process.He was always ready to answer their calls as if they were my own and that helped keep everyone on an even keel. This type of situation can become overly heated if not handled properly and Ralph and team were like maestros leading the orchestra! His advice on marketing the property was right on the mark - I think it was the pivotal point that made the sale. It was a very smooth process and a very successful one for me. Ralph and Peter handled the sale of our Stourfville home in 2017. It basically amounted to white glove service where they do everything they can to help you sleep better at night. From the efficient staging to the effective advertising to the widely attended open house to the final negotiations, they handled it with professionalism all along the way. They were extremely responsive to any text message, email or phone call which is paramount to any relationship. In preparing for the open house, they had very quick access to professionals for touch ups and handyman work that I couldn’t have done myself. This is the first time I met Ralph, to sell my father's Condo. He explained all that he and his team were going to accomplish in order to sell the Condo at the shortest time and achieve the best price. At this point I was overwhelmed I thought I was hearing and watching an HGTV episode, but no it turned out to be reality. Ralph and his team totally took charge and upgraded the Condo as required including Staging with his own furniture, the finished product was totally amazing. The Condo was sold at an excellent negotiated price over a short period of time. Ralph and his team are very knowledgeable and professional, excellent to work with and achieve perfect results. Ralph and Laura know the Unionville-Markham area well and that meant a lot to me. They not only appreciated and respected the love and care I’ve taken of my home but they ensured the buyers did too. They also understood the value of my street and my unique layout.
