In less than two weeks, Ralph and his excellent team did an amazing job in helping us prepare our home for sale. In our 47 years of marriage, my wife and I have bought and sold nine times and this was by far our best experience. The staging of our home was “House Beautiful” worthy and the photos/video/marketing materials merit “Academy Award” consideration. With Ralph’s professional presentation, we were able to sell our home in less than two days and and received multiple offers above our asking price. We could not be happier and highly recommend Ralph and his team to any prospective seller!

Working with Ralph to sell my home was a great decision. He fiercely negotiated a great offer for me and with the closing date I wanted. My work is very busy and I literally passed Ralph the keys and he took care of everything. My home had staging items brought in, a handyman was sent to my home to deal with some minor repairs before listing and Ralph had the windows on my home washed before pictures were taken. I received an offer early on – Ralph advised me not to take it. I am happy that I did wait as shortly after I received another offer that was acceptable.
