<p>This is the second time my family has used Ralph and the "helping you move" team. Everyone on the team is very thoughtful to the needs of the seller and are always there to assist with any questions or requests.<br /> They were extremely helpful in the moving our process; helping with taking care of issues that can be overwhelming to the seller.</p> <p>We first worked with Ralph to sell my mother's home and purchase a condo, and he has become a family friend. Ralph and team blew our expectations out of the water with the sale of our town home in Pickering. We entered the market at a listing price that was a little higher than previously sold comparable houses with the expectation that we'd sell at asking or slightly above, but Ralph secured us a sale at $100,000 over asking. His team assisted us with everything from fixing our windows, repainting and small repairs, staging, new lighting fixtures etc. With everything he and his team did for us, we basically shattered a sales record in our neighbourhood, even selling higher than units with more bedrooms. This was a fantastic selling experience, even during COVID lockdowns and I look forward to buying our next home with Ralph.

<p>Ralph went above and beyond in helping us with the sale of this house. I am sure it was a challenge in that we had to deal with a tenant not wanting to leave and also not being able to stage the home. Ralph showed up numerous times with us and helped us along with the unexpected issues that we had to deal with. Thanks for all of this Ralph!!</p>

At the end of 2020, I decided to sell my Unionville condo - this would be my 13th home move. Among the real estate agents I contacted for a chat was Ralph Ciancio. His presentation was professional and promised much, actually much more than any agent I had every dealt with or heard of. The list of services offered was extensive and more than I had expected, but could he deliver? With one small exception, over which Ralph likely didn’t have complete control, he delivered all he promised in a timely fashion, efficiently and graciously. Generally, I do not recommend products or services, because one person’s positive experience doesn’t necessarily transfer to another; however, in this case, I am prepared to make an exception. If you are planning on selling a property, do give Ralph a call and hear him out. If my experience is anything to go by, you will not be disappointed.
