Pete was more help than I ever could have hoped for. He was especially helpful knowing neighbourhoods, identifying poorly renovated homes or pitfalls in properties, and negotiating price. I have recommended several friends to him, and I'd refer more in the future. If you're not working with Pete, you're not getting the best help you could have.
