Pete is hands down the best Realtor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! My husband and I moved from Winnipeg to Calgary with no knowledge of the different areas of the city or what to look for in our new home and Pete was beyond helpful. He took the time and extra steps to show us around to different neighbourhoods, and he helped us find our perfect home at the right price. We could not be happier with the process. Pete helped us through every step of our interprovincial move, and went above and beyond in every way. I don't know what we would have done without him. 10/10 recommend!

As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what the process of looking for a home included, so we had many questions and high expectations for finding our first home. Pete was incredible. He walked us through the process, laid it out step by step and answered every single one of our questions at all times of the day. He was very professional, diligent and supportive. Pete was able to recommend some great options for home inspectors and lawyers to choose from and always had our best interest in mind. If you want a honest, kind, and amazing negotiator as your realtor then Pete is your guy!

Pete is a very understanding and caring individual. We very quickly could tell he truly had our best interests at heart and was just not in it for a quick turnover and on to the next deal. He helped us stage, listened and understood our concerns about price and even more importantly understood the emotions we were going through selling our home of 31 years. He offered excellent advice but was also willing to listen and understand when we may not have agreed. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are going to be using his services again when we look for a new home in the spring. Our selling experience could not have gone better.

This review is our real experience in this very challenging time. We picked Pete to work with by online reviews. Clearly, at the first meeting we already knew that he will do the best job for selling our house. He is knowledgeable, honest, does a very thorough report to the homeowners and explains what to expect from the process. He works hard, always keep your interest while staying professional and truthful; no empty promises or pressure to reduce price. We sold our house fast and for a good and fair price. We would gladly recommend Pete Chapman for any of your real estate needs; you will not be disappointed and the job will be done with the best outcome for you.

We listed during the COVID-19 lockdown and Pete made the process very easy. Pete was our realtor for the purchase of our first home, as well as its eventual sale, and there is a reason we chose to go with him both times. I don't think we could have got a better deal on the sale than Pete was able to get for us, as evidenced by the fact that our neighbours, who listed with other realtors, have still not been able to sell their homes, even after lowering their asking price to lower than our selling price. Pete knows the market and he knows what he's doing. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and he's an excellent negotiator. I honestly believe Pete is the best Realtor in Calgary. I wouldn't even think of recommending anyone else and I can't endorse him enough.
