My husband and I live in Kelowna. In February, we decided to sell our house in Calgary. Our goal was to sell it quickly. We met with three agents. Pete made our decision to work with him very easy. We sensed that he would be open and forthright, and that he would work extremely hard to sell the property. We were right. Pete made sure that we understood every clause of the paperwork before we signed. He kept us in the loop every single step of the way. We spoke on the phone frequently - he was available at any time. We trusted his guidance throughout the whole process, particularly through a couple sticky situations with buyers. We never doubted that we had the "right boots on the ground". Pete's assessment of the property's value was realistic. He was very confident in the price point, a testament to his knowledge of the market and the neighbourhood. We had an offer in three days and got 98% of the asking price! In an age where everyone in marketing seems intent on screaming the loudest and having the most bells and whistles, Pete takes the tried-and-true path. While he totally "gets" and uses the internet, social media and video, these tools do not lead his pitch, but rather play a supporting role to his overall strategy of excellent service and commitment. And that makes him stand out in our opinion. Besides his attention to detail and obvious concern to do the best for his clients, Pete is very down-to-earth and just a super nice person. We highly recommend him!

There is no doubt Pete deserves every 5 star rating he has here! My wife and I both feel that Pete was perfect for us - he communicated clearly, was always respectful, is fun to be around, and is someone you know goes 110% all the time with genuine care for his clients. Real estate can be stressful. But whether it was when to sell, whether to change price, or how to consider counter offers, Pete was always there to give us the information we needed to make informed choices. When the buyers took issue with something after the purchase was finalized, Pete walked us through that potentially stressful experience with calm and confidence. Plus, his hard work helped us get a great price on our old home and a substantial price reduction on our new home!  In the end, it was an absolute pleasure working with him, and he has definitely earned our trust and business in the future. Pete has made our experience a great one. He was truthful, to the point, and realistic with us right from the start. He explained every step clearly in advance, so we knew what to expect, and if we had any questions at all, a quick text at any time day/time, and he'd get back to us right away with an explanation. We felt confident that our home was in good hands, and we were going to get the best possible price for our property. Pete treats each home as if it were his own, and does his personal best in every situation.
