Words can not describe how much our family appreciated Norm Cholak as our realtor. He is honest, hard-working, and very dedicated to serving his clients. We got our home sold within five days on the market. After just a few home viewing, we got 2 offers to purchase from a potential buyer. One was a bit short of our expectation, but the next one was getting closer to our list price. We only counter-offer it once and was accepted by the buyer. Norm guide and advise us in preparing for what needs to be done in negotiating the deal as we have not had any experiences in the real estate market. Norm and his team are always very pleasant to work with. To our surprise, in the first meeting, he actually spent approximately 3 hours in our home till 11:00 p.m. to give us a good suggestion in setting up the list price appropriately. He was very professional and well prepared on the Market Analysis for us to see the trend in the current market and set the correct list price. We would give him and his team 11 out of 10 if the review system allows us to do so. Prior to having Norm list our home, we were with another realtor who had listed our home for 4 months in 2018 with lots of showing but no offer. You are awesome, Norm! You are a superstar in our heart! Forever appreciate!

<p>Norm has been supportive, communicative, professional throughout, honest about the market and provided me with great advice. He advertised well and his photographer captured the house beautifully. Norm had many showings that produced an offer in 22 days and sold in 36 days! You can’t ask for more than that!</p>

We put our house on the market in August 2017, with a realtor that worked for a large organization, who seemed to show a neighbourhood house quite well, and followed us up faithfully. It didn't work. Over 3 months later the house was unsold. We had clear indications from potential buyers that the house was over priced but the agent was unkeen to drop the price even after our circumstances changed and the sale became urgent. We were referred to Norm by a friend of ours. Norm did a thorough analysis of the neighbourhood. He showed what we could get on our now urgent sale and how much more we could get if we waited a bit. Norm listed our property on a Friday at lunch time. We got multiple shows over the weekend, we got an offer on Tuesday which was quickly concluded. Norm and his support staff were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Norm to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house at market value.

What I liked about Norm is his honesty, direct approach and timely information in making sure that the sale happens quickly. He provided information on market and kept me up to date with housing market trends, what we need to do etc and worked as an excellent mentor and provided professional advice where needed.
