He’s an excellent agent, extremely competent in his work, knows the market well enough to provide sound advice and feedback with up to date and impartial statistics and comparative analysis on homes currently on the market in the area and prices of recent similar “sold” homes. This helped with our recent listing this past May, 2022 which was sold quickly. Norm is a true professional, an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
