Norm was an excellent fit for us as a realtor. He was confident, a good communicator, very knowledgeable as a realtor and he worked quickly and efficiently taking care of things in a very timely manner. Norm did a comprehensive market review of comparable houses for sale/sold in the neighborhood. He was firm on the asking price and would not go higher. His photographer did a good job of presenting the house online and in the brochure. We sold in one day and got our asking price.

Norm took our listing the week before COVID-19 work from home. We were quiet for showings for a while, but this was more due to the market conditions in March/April.
