I was fortunate to choose Norm as my agent and did so based on name recognition. Norm and his team did a great job marketing my home and his commitment to professional service shone through all of my dealings with him. Norm was extremely easy to contact and he was always keeping me up to date with the market conditions and trends in my area. I was surprised to learn by talking to other people that not all agents share Norm’s detailed approach when it comes to house pricing and the market. Several agents have seen my home and quoted prices to me, Norm was the only one who viewed the whole house and who came armed with local listings to compare. Had I chosen to sell on my own, or with a less qualified agent, I’d have never closed a deal in the tight timelines I needed. Thanks Norm!

Our home was listed on September 10th and was officially sold by September 18th, Norm made the experience of that transition easier than I could have imagined! Having Mr. Norm Cholak on your side to deal with your property, is a move you will not regret or soon forget. From the first phone call with Norm I knew that I had the support to achieve the goals I had in mind. He is massively experienced, a family man with class and Integrity. When he came by to meet my father and I he was extremely professional. All in all, he treated us with the upmost respect in the sale of our family home. The is the second house Norm has sold for us. Each time, he meets and exceeds our expectations. If you're one of those people who thinks you can save a buck or two by doing a 'for sale by owner' and squeezing a nickle until the beaver squeaks, fuggetaboutit, just get Norm to do your sale for you. Each time he's either got us list or over list, so he's worth every dollar. Face it, this guy has been selling and negotiating real estate deals since Christ was in the third grade, so he knows a thing or two more about getting a deal done, than agents just starting out, or some 'sale by owner' kit. Hey, for many, this is the biggest financial deal they'll do in a lifetime. Would you trust that transaction to just anyone? Ah, no. Just call Norm, and he will take care of your deal, quickly, professionally, and for the best possible final sale price. His team is polished, the photos were outstanding, and Norm is an expert negotiator. I know who I'll be calling for my next real estate sale.
