Selling home for the first time，I had met with a couple realtors and Norm impressed me the most with his well-preparation and professionalism. Since we decided to work with Norm, Norm had been handholding our through the entire process. I appreciated a lot that Norm was able to educated and guided me to set the realistic expectations about the market. He was able to helped me to set a very accurate listing price based on his experience and market research. He had been very honest and communicated well with us. Knowing our situation well, Norm also helped us filtered the home showings and tried his best to get the best offer. We ended up selling the house within 2 days in the market at a price that is above we asked for. Excellent advice, prompt response, and thinking truly for his clients, Norm deserves being the top realtors.
