Lindsie is an excellent agent and was an invaluable part of our experience buying a home in Vancouver. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and was always available to answer our questions. Things moved very fast once we found a property so Lindsie’s experience was key in a multiple offer situation.

We've worked with Lindsie twice now and both times she has gone above and beyond to make sure our best interests were at the forefront. This time she not only secured a fantastic selling price for our condo, she also helped us to purchase our new home that is far beyond what we thought we could find in an overheated market. All done within a few months of starting our search with her. I don't believe we would have gotten to the same place with another realtor. She really is the best realtor out there.

Lindsie helped me purchase a condo in Burnaby a few months ago. At that point I had known her for over a year. We ran into a big issue along the way which was completely out of our control. I was getting desperate and impatient but Lindsie steered me away from some properties that were not a good fit for me. Lindsie is a superb realtor! She is realistic and sensible, with an informed perspective, and good judgement. She is helpful and responsive and (almost) always available. She is a consummate professional who attends to every detail. When selling, she'll consult with you and keep you informed about the plan and schedule. You'll know what she's doing, and what you need to do, every step of the way. And she gets results: our unit sold for the highest-ever price in the building! When buying, she'll work with you to really understand what you're looking for (not just the specs like how many rooms, but also the subtler things that set one home apart from another) and she'll provide carefully selected listings. She'll also help you understand the micro-markets of the neighbourhoods you're looking at.
