Best decision we could have made regarding the sale of our home was to call Lindsie. We had been to a home showing in our area a few years back and were very impressed with the staging and professional handling of the home. My wife kept the brochure from that showing and placed it in a drawer. Years later and retired, we made the decision to sell our home and move out to the suburbs. My wife immediately dug through her stuff and retrieved that old brochure. Lindsie was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. She made us feel as if we were her only customers, which we knew certainly was not the case, but her friendly and accommodating nature conveyed that feeling. The day after that initial call we had our first video conference. Lindsie was very professional, honest and to the point as to what we could, or could not, expect selling in the current market. She was very knowledgeable of our market and had done the research, was up to date on trends, and buyers’ expectations. In the days that followed we met several times where we discussed the market, other properties on the market, previous sales, expectations and what needed to be done to put the property in the best possible light. Her Energy, Professionalism, knowledge, confidence, and understanding of our needs and the market we were specifically selling into, was invaluable. The results after we followed through with her recommendations were fantastic. The property looked amazing and showed perfectly, allowing it to be sold within a week of listing and at our hoped-for price. Very happy with Lindsie and would be more than happy to recommend her.
