When purchasing my condo, I had the pleasure of working with Lindsie Tomlinson as my real estate agent. Lindsie was highly professional and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Her preparation, attention to detail, and ability to manage the necessary inspections made the experience seamless. Furthermore, she provided excellent referrals for a mortgage broker and lawyer. I highly recommend Lindsie to anyone in the market for a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

When our landlords of 7 years told us a few days before Halloween that they wanted to sell our East Vancouver home, well, we panicked. The Vancouver rental market had changed drastically since we had last signed a lease. We were also now a family of four, plus pets. We realized very quickly we would be renting for almost twice as much for half the size. And might not be keeping our pets. It was then we started thinking of doing what we thought might be impossible: buying a home. We knew finding the perfect realtor was one of the most important things we could do as we embarked on this journey. We needed someone who could guide us, understand what we wanted, and anticipate what we didn’t even know we needed. We researched several realtors, and Lindsie came so highly recommended that she was one of the only realtors we reached out to. From the moment we met her, we know we found the right one. The next two months were incredibly busy. We were out seeing multiple homes a day on the weekends, sometimes even during the week. I had alerts for new listings sent to my email and any that looked even remotely promising, I’d forward to Lindsie, sometimes emailing her a half dozen or more a day. And she always got back to us with more details. We kept her SUPER busy, but she never complained, and was always completely supportive. On home visits, she was amazing, she’d arrive with all the details, and be our front line with the other realtors or occupants at the visit. She was our confidant, our cheerleader, our therapist, our expert, our best friend. She filled every role we needed, when needed. When we finally found The One, she helped us go after it enthusiastically. Since it was a long-time rental and, after accepting our offer, the owner quickly realized they’d listed it too low, the whole process wasn’t a wonderful experience. However, Lindsie was amazing in reassuring us during the process, soothing our worries and taking the brunt of the owner’s frustration on our behalf. It was disappointing the process didn’t go better for both parties, but we feel amazingly lucky to have found our new home. On possession day, Lindsie was there with champagne and helped us celebrate this amazing milestone. I look forward to a lasting relationship with Lindsie and would highly recommend her as a realtor, and as a friend. Thank you Lindsie!

We sold a townhome in East Vancouver AFTER we had purchased our new home. Stressful choice? YES, but it was how we had to do it. Enter Lindsie. Inside of one week from meeting us, our house was show-ready, with beautiful photos, with all the paperwork done, and on the market. It sold in under a week for more than listing price. Lindsie accompanied us to several open houses, offering insightful feedback and guiding us to make realistic offers. Her connections with a reliable home inspector and a trustworthy lawyer made the logistics much easier. Her coordination with the seller’s realtor ensured the property was cleaned and ready for inspection before the final handover. Her extensive knowledge of the Metro Vancouver area was invaluable. She explained the pros and cons of different neighborhoods, helping us make informed decisions. Lindsie’s professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience much less stressful. She was always quick to respond to our messages and emails, addressing any concerns promptly. We felt well-supported and confident with Lindsie by our side.
