Lindsie came recommended to us from our buying Realtor to help sell our home. From the moment we met Lindsie, we could tell that she embodies some very important things: she is prepared, she is honest, and she will get you what you want. And she did. We sold a townhome in East Vancouver AFTER we had purchased our new home. Stressful choice? YES, but it was how we had to do it. Enter Lindsie. We needed to know that our Realtor was going to act fast with the right knowledge, experience and confidence to get our home sold. Inside of one week from meeting us, our house was show-ready, with beautiful photos, with all the paperwork done, and on the market. It sold in under a week for more than listing price. Oh and closing dates? better than we hoped for. Lindsie nailed it.

She setup a WhatsApp group which was a great way to keep us updated and answer our questions quickly. Lindsie accompanied us to several open houses, offering insightful feedback and guiding us to make realistic offers. Her connections with a reliable home inspector and a trustworthy lawyer made the logistics much easier. Her coordination with the seller’s realtor ensured the property was cleaned and ready for inspection before the final handover. Her extensive knowledge of the Metro Vancouver area was invaluable. She explained the pros and cons of different neighborhoods, helping us make informed decisions. Lindsie’s professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience much less stressful. She was always quick to respond to our messages and emails, addressing any concerns promptly. We felt well-supported and confident with Lindsie by our side. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

I will always and forever recommend Lindsie to anyone who will listen to me. I knew I needed to move but had no real set timeline so I provided Lindsie with my preferences thinking we'd look around and spend the next month or 3 slowly looking around. However she understood it immediately and sent me two perfect places, got the ball rolling and purchased under asking.

She was very communicative and able to always talk about viewings, inspections, and the offer process. She also was insistent on getting information we wanted from the other realtor and felt like an advocate.

We really appreciated having Lindsie as our realtor. She walked us through each step of the process, and made sure every detail was looked after. She was very knowledgeable, and put in the work (e.g. reading council minutes, asking other realtors about the strata) to make sure we were making the right buying decision.
