Lindsie was absolutely outstanding! We can't thank her enough for guiding us through buying our first home, especially in such a competitive and daunting market. As first-time buyers, we were overwhelmed with the process and market before we met Lindsie. We had some idea what we were looking for, but little-to-no idea of how to go about it. During our first call, Lindsie gave us a clear overview of the entire process, the current market, listened to what we're looking for and made recommendations on where to begin. She managed expectations while keeping us excited about the prospects. Lindsie's step-wise approach was perfect for us as newcomers. With this approach we never felt overwhelmed but were suitably prepared for what's next. From start to finish Lindsie remained honest, professional and friendly. She's calm and patient, and made the whole process enjoyable for us. Her experience as a realtor, insight and diligence saved us time and money in a competitive market. Lindsie ensured that we received all the important information to feel confident with the offers that we placed. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Lindsie always found time to answer all our questions and talk through any concerns or decisions (we have no idea how she finds the time!). Lindsie was so great to work with to purchase our new home. She knew exactly how to lead the entire process and made sure we were informed on every small detail. Lindsie is the best! We were a couple of scatter brains when we started the house-hunt, and she was patient, organized, on time and detail oriented. She knew so much about every neighbourhood we visited, seemed to have great rapport with all of the other local realtors, and went over in-the-home details we would have easily missed. Lindsie is a true professional, she operates at a high standard that's unfortunately rare in her industry. She is smart, extremely diligent, knows the business inside-out, and is really able to calibrate to her clients. You won't see a lot of hype from her, because she doesn't need it - she's someone you want to work with in real estate. I would 100% recommend Lindsie to any of my family or friends.

We love Lindsie!! We worked with Lindsie to purchase our first home in Vancouver, at the end of 2020, during a pandemic, and while very pregnant! We cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with her. Lindsie walked us through every step of the way, being very new to the process and both not from Canada originally. She went above and beyond, and even took phone calls up to 11PM on the night before our closing! She gave us solid advice, heard our needs well, and guided us away from problem properties (that looked too good to be true on paper ...because they were!) Lindsie went above and beyond to help find us our dream home.
