My husband and I have been putting off moving for well over a year because we were very afraid of what we had heard about the Kitchener real estate market and were worried that we would never find a home that we loved but that was also within our budget. Getting connected with Jeff was one of those happy accidents to be honest and I could never say enough about our experience working with him. My husband and I are those people that got together later in life and have both moved too many times to count. We have both worked with our fair share of real estate agents... not one in our past even comes close to the level of professionalism or knowledge that we experienced with Jeff. That aside, he is also a stellar human being that we feel so lucky to have come in contact with. What we learned from Jeff is that despite a crazy real estate market there is such a thing as fair market value. Since Jeff knows his stuff and I mean really knows his stuff, he was able to help us secure the home of our dreams at a price we never imagined. We wanted someone on the ball, efficient, honest, and who had our best interest in mind and at heart. We got all of that and more with Jeff. I have never seen someone prepare such an in depth price analysis of the home we wanted to buy that would justify our offer and in turn was the thing that hit a home run and got us OUR price. We are beyond excited about our new home and the new start ahead of us and both truly believe it would not have been possible with Jeff. He brings a passion to his role and it shows. As first-time homebuyers, Jeff was the first real estate agent we've ever worked with, but I can honestly say I can't see us working with anyone else in the future—our experience was that good. Jeff is an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and tech-savvy agent who was beyond patient with us as we navigated our ways through the confusing waters of buying a home for the first time in a city we've never lived in (in the middle of a global pandemic, to boot). From our first meeting Jeff, we felt confident that he'd be honest and upfront with us about the pros and cons of different houses and neighbourhoods, and we were right. Jeff was always surprisingly quick to respond to our questions and requests (both big and small) and we appreciated how on the ball he is technology-wise—sending along personalized videos with every document that needed to be looked at so we could dig in when we had time. Long story short, Jeff is awesome. We ended up buying our "dream home" in a multiple offer scenario that we felt completely prepared for thanks to Jeff's education and advice. We couldn't recommend Jeff more.

Jeff was able to take the time and care to find us the right property. As investors we are picky and did not want settle for just anything. Jeff was able to look for a property that fit our need and provided solid facts and support to answer all questions. From start to finish Jeff has been reliable and available. He has gone well beyond the call of duty and continues to provide valuable information on a regular basis. We are more than happy with Jeff and look to continue working with him in the future.

Jeff was recommended to us from another couple and we were not disappointed. He kept us up to date with changes in the market and insurance rates, and helped us purchase a home within our timeline. Jeff was open to suggestions we had and met with us to view homes, even when it was short notice. Jeff was honest about the neighbourhoods we were looking in and kept a professional manner the entire time! We will definitely use Jeff in the future and recommend to others as well!
