From the way they marketed the property, presenting a very professional video making our house really stand out from the crowd. To the way Jeff dealt with other agents, the logistics of back to back showings and finishing up with Jeff’s powerful negotiation skills. We were confident to put our trust in Jeff’s plan to sell our home and we are very glad we did. He delivered 1000%, with over 65 showings in 6 days and a firm offer $150k over asking. The whole process was seamless and surpassed our expectations. When it came to finding us our dream home Jeff and Alicia walked us through the process with patience and a methodical attention to detail. Jeff was an integral part of our transition to retirement. For the past 2 years he has kept us up-to-date on the KW market, always responding to our inquiries and took us out several times to view potential properties. When we finally contacted Jeff to move forward with moving to KW, we had a small window in which to find a property. As first-time home buyers we really didn't know where to begin. Especially because we didn't know any realtors with experience in the KW area. Therefore, we were so happy that we found Jeff. After our first meeting with him, we felt confident and knew right away we had found the right realtor. Having Jeff as our realtor really eased our minds. He knew that we needed to find a home within a short period of time and made us feel like priority. Although, he never pressured us to decide and allowed us to take our time when viewing properties. We were astounded by how much knowledge he brought to the table. This knowledge helped us make educated decisions and made us feel even more comfortable with our decision. Jeff also went above and beyond for us by finding us a place to rent since our closing date ended up being a couple months away. We absolutely loved working with Jeff throughout out first-time home buying process. From the start, where we weren't even sure which neighbourhood or type of house we wanted, he helped us understand what would be best suited for us and our family. Since we weren't particularly set on an area, he went out of his way to ensure that we visited houses near and far until we found the perfect home. He helped us understand the true & fair market value of our purchase, which was important, given the market conditions we faced during Covid. Not only did he help set up the times for us to view the many many houses, but when looking through the houses with us, he pointed out various features of the house that we may have missed, as if he was purchasing the home himself. He was always very responsive to any questions, concerns, or random thoughts that crossed our mind (and there were a lot) and accommodated to our varying schedules to allow us to see any home that crossed our paths. We strongly recommend Jeff for anyone looking for purchase a home. His balance between his knowledge of the market and his personality made the entire process very simple.
