We met Jeff during an open house he was holding while we were “just looking” at the houses on the market. We had met a few other realtors already, but Jeff was the only one who asked the important yet difficult questions that we had been avoiding. From that first conversation it was clear that Jeff cared about our needs and wants. We kept in touch with Jeff while we continued to casually browse the market. Even though we were upfront that we had no plans to buy many of the houses we visited, Jeff still graciously donated his time. He was invaluable in helping us learn what we did and didn’t like in a home, and not once did he make us feel pressured into moving on anything before we were ready. After a few months of this we decided that we were ready. We found a place we loved and Jeff helped us close on our first home. We highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for their next home. From mortgage brokers to home inspectors to contractors, Jeff has connections with great people everywhere and it’s made the process so much easier.

We met Jeff at an open house for another property on a Friday night. Jeff asked lots of questions about what we were looking for and asked if we were working with an agent. He was communicative without being pushy. We worked through a virtual appointment to sign up with Jeff as our agent, never looked back! He was amazing throughout the whole process. We looked at about 10 properties with Jeff, and he sent us emails daily of new listings. He advised us to be ready if we needed to act fast on offer, and we did!
