Jeff and his team did a phenomenal job of obtaining my business, preparing my house to market, and ultimately getting me an AMAZING price for my home. Having only met Jeff through a summer door-knocking exercise, he quickly demonstrated an interest in my situation to sell, following up immediately thereafter with confirmation that he’s available whenever I might have questions. His respect for my time in reaching out every month or so thereafter with a non-invasive text message including hot tips about the market was perfect for my comfort level in feeling supported but not bombarded like some agents. Before even signing on with him, Jeff was an amazing resource for market knowledge and navigated the fast-paced changes during COVID to provide me with sound advice on timing, price and strategy to sell my home. Jeff has a strong commitment towards his client which is difficult to find these days. He helped us identify objectives for our investment property and gave sound advise on whether properties were going to meet our criteria. He clearly wanted a win for us and to build a long term relationship versus trying to make a quick sales - he was honest in his assessments and laid out transparently any pitfalls (and advantages) of making offers for potential properties. Jeff has very strong knowledge of the Kitchener / Waterloo areas which was our focus to buy and helped land a fantastic deal!

Amenities around like Business, School-College-University, Library, Bus routes etc. He informs about the projected value of our referenced property. He asks about our intentions and Price we are looking for. After which he let us know about his strategy and approach for the listing details for our review and confirmation.
