Jeff Blackham is the kind of realtor that everyone needs when buying or selling a house.He helped me sell my 7th home and was by far the best. He knows exactly what to do in any given situation. Ten days before the closing date a large brown spot was located in the ceiling of the livingroom.He just told me not to worry and he would deal with the problem. We closed on time.Jeff is very conscientious, puts his clients' minds at ease and goes that extra mile to help.He even drove me around the city helping me to find an apartment.
