Jay was and is always thinking about his clients. I was a first time home buyer on a very tight budget and he took me to look at so many houses and always had a smile on his face. He kept telling me we would find the perfect house we just have to keep looking. Never once did he make me feel like I was a pain. He always made time to look at as many as we needed to. Even one year later he is still thinking about his clients. Dropped off a present on my door step on my one year anniversary. I would recommend Jay to anybody looking for a fantastic realtor.

From the onset, it was clear we had made the right choice. Jay was very patient with our demands and responded to all our questions and concerns with much experience. He made it feel convenient all through and worked with our timelines while ensuring the other agents did the same. He provided his opinions without being pushy and left us to make our choice which really helped with demonstrating his objectivity. This was immensely helpful being an immigrant and a first time home buyer. He took all our asks and used that in making recommendations about what we should be looking at. He also gave a lot of advice about the various builders which were corroborated with independent research. Jay also regularly checked on us throughout the search till we actually moved in. Even when we made a choice as to the house, he did not just walk away, he checked in to ensure we were getting by with all requirements till we concluded the deal and moved in. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone looking for a practical, experienced and friendly agent.

Jay is the real estate agent who made it possible for me to buy the right house. I explained my budget and the important things I need to have in my house. The first house he showed me l thought at the time was small.then he showed me many other houses some I put an offers on them. I am a first time home buyer through that process his guidance and patience and his advice kept me going. I would have gone into many bad decisions I would have made but his expertise and honesty saved many problems. After a few month of looking many houses. I asked to see the first house he showed me to my luck I live happily in it now thanks Jay. One good word to the previous owner of my house I am very pleased with the cleanliness and the additional things in the house Thanks

I was struggling finding a decent realtor, I went through about 4 before I found Jay. He is awesome! and I would recommend him to anyone. It was pleasure to work with him not only because of his extensive knowledge in construction, but he actually cares and wants you to be happy with your choice while choosing a house. I struggled for a couple years trying to sell my Condo and Jay was quick to get back to me when I had any questions and made the transition smooth as possible (even during the lockdown). My condo was sold in less than a month! Not only was the transition smooth but he got us into a house that we absolutely love. He has even been there for me when I have any questions regarding the house to this day! Jay went out of out of his way for us so much we consider him a friend. Don't even hesitate contact Jay if you are needing to buy or sell you wont regret it!

This was the first time I went through the whole “buying a place” process. As daunting as it seemed, especially with zero knowledge of the process at my end, Jay made it as streamlined and easy at my end as possible, especially as I was on nightshift during most of this. Jay went out of his way to get some video footage of places I was interested in as i couldn’t be there cause of my nightshift. Jay was also very knowledgeable and up front of the current and even volatile market conditions at the time, especially for buyers, but truly encouraged me not to make hasty or rash decisions in such an unstable markets. He was always open to my questions, and very quick to respond or inform me on what’s outstanding at my end. Above all, Jay was just a very personable person that made my first experience buying a place very pleasant. Would not hesitate to use him again, or recommend him to others, for real estate needs.

It's been my first time purchasing a house, and with Jay, it's been really easy and smooth. I really recommend him.
