We had been looking to purchase a home but had troubles with previous realtors… always feeling rushed/pushed into purchasing and not taking into consideration what we were looking for. Jay was always quick to point out concerns with the homes or things to think about (parking, location, etc). His background with building help with so many of our questions. We had trouble selling our condo we had for sale (with a different agency) once our new house was bought. Jay took over and had the condo sold right which alleviate a double mortgage situation. Jay had stopped over to finish up paper work for the sale of our condo and we asked him some questions… no sooner was Jay rolling up his sleeves to take a look at something in our house and help us yet again! This guy is a must! He was amazing.

Jay is highly recommended realtor. As a first time home buyer we have many questions and Jay was there to helped us all out. The best purchasing experience we’ve ever had.

I'm glad that Jay was there to help me with building my first home. He explained the pros and cons of building from scratch and buying an already built home. He is very very detailed and dedicated to making sure that I found MY HOUSE. He walked with me through every step of the process, already thought about the future of the house, always returned my calls and responded to my questions. As a first-home buyer, I didn't have much information about the market until I met Jay. Jay helped me in deciding whether to buy a newly built or a resale home. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each house we viewed and supported me in choosing the right place that met my needs. Even after submitting an offer, I still considered viewing other homes, and Jay was still willing to view the places with me. I later realized that my emotions were at play and what I had chosen was the right home for my family and me. Jay was also very accessible and prompt in replying to text messages and receiving phone calls any time of the day. It was a great experience working with Jay and I will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced realtor.

Jay provided exceptional services and demonstrated great knowledge of the industry. He took us to different awesome neighbourhoods that were within our price range that we didn't know were available. He was also patient and showed us what we need to know. He did not hide the negatives of any place we viewed. He is a genuine realtor who prioritises his client need and well-being.
