Working with Dwight Jones was a pleasure. His 17 years of experience really shine through in his work. Although we met Dwight unintentionally, he was memorable and we decided to work with him when we were serious about buying a home because we remembered how knowledgable he was about homes and what to look for while viewing a property. While working with Dwight we were grateful that he had excellent communication through email, phone calls, and text messages. While out viewing homes, we saw a listing go up that we were interested in and he was able to get us to view the property within 15 minutes. With the listing up for 24 hours, he helped us finalize a deal and buy our first home! He also communicated well with the sellers and was able to negotiate a price that we were happy with. Dwight's greatest asset is his experience and we were glad to have him by our side as we viewed properties because he would point things out to us that we would have never noticed or even known about until he mentioned them. He was never pushy and gave us enough information so that we could form our own decisions, but he was also willing to lend an opinion or advice whenever possible. We would recommend Dwight for any home buyer, but especially first time home buyers like us!

From our first conversation, our realtors remained on top of their game, from Jay's webinar seminar where he opened our eyes to the possibility of owning our place, to providing property options that meets our need and we could afford; to Ashley going above and beyond to show us the various properties even after office hours and weekend, her market knowledge helped, she negotiations with the seller to get the best offer for us, they were with us all the way through the whole process; property inspection, condo review documents, mortgage approval, lawyer even how to maintain our property with ideal time lines that worked for us. Within 2 months of initial contact with the team and our delay, we found our desired property and sealed the deal. They have indeed made our dream a reality. We have referred our friends and will definitely continue to reference the team. It is a miracle.

Jay was friendly approachable and incredibly on point with responding back anytime I had a question or concern I wanted to bring forth, even during his own personal time he took the time needed to respond and ensure things were going smoothly.
