I decided to contact Jay because he sold my friends house in less than a week for almost full asking. I was moving and had to leave Jay in charge of everything thankfully I found the right realtor he came in staged everything, checked my mail, cleaned up after viewings and took care of absolutely every detail. I forgot I was selling my place I forgot all about it. When it sold he helped me with the lawyer and documents I basically just had to answer a few texts it was so easy and stress free. After trying to sell what seemed to be an impossible place to sell after 7 years and 4 realtors finally I sold it all Thanks to Jay. His email is Jaysells that is a true statement. Thanks Jay!

Jay Lewis is awesome! I think the word awesome is an understatement. This is my first time buying a house. I did my research beforehand but he provided me more insight about what constitutes a great house. He gives unbiased feedback and he always look out for your best interest. 100% I would highly recommend Jay if you're looking for a house for the first time!

What makes him stand out from others is his suggestions on improvements to sell the home quicker (quick Reno’s, staging) but more importantly, connecting us with the right people to make it happen. Jay was always willing to lend a hand when we needed him as we sold our last property while being out of town throughout the entire process. Jay is awesome! Highly recommend him if you are in the market for a home. Jay really took the time to get to know us and develop a solid understanding of what we were looking for in a home. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has a fine sense of detail which helped me and my wife feel very reassured that we wouldn't buy the wrong house and confident in the choice we did make. Jay is also very patient and understanding - he showed us a LOT of houses and we never once felt pressured. He is also very responsive and accessible. Jay took so much of the stress out of the whole buying process, especially as first time home buyers, which made for a much more positive and exciting experience. Jay was very helpful in answering our questions as prospective first time home buyers. Even though we did not purchase a home at the time, Jay's wisdom made it possible for us to avoid many of the pitfalls that would have caused us much grief in the long term.
