Jay was outstanding, plain and simple! We have used 4 different realtors in 14 years (we move around a lot) and hands down the most professional, efficient and honest realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. I rarely do reviews, but this guy deserves it! Do yourself a favor, just call Jay and use him as your realtor!

We worked with Jay and his team to find our home. Jay was patient, we started with him at the beginning of our journey so it took a number of months and showings to even figure out what we liked/wanted. He allowed our house hunt to go at a pace we were comfortable with so there wasn’t any pushy sales tactics. We liked that he’s a family man and took the time to invest in our family to find the home that would work best for our needs. Highly recommend working with Jay and his team for any real estate needs!

Jay sold our house in 2 days!!! He was amazing to deal with and deserves more than a 5* After years of deciding weather or not we wanted to sell, Jay helped us make the final decision because he was open and honest with us about our listing price and date. I attended Jay's seminar for first time home buyers, and was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with him. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered questions I did not know I even had. He explained every step in the process with me, and anytime I had any problems, he was right there to help me fix it. He was very accommodating with my busy schedule, and it was a pleasure getting to work with him. I would easily recommend him and his team to anyone buying a home! He even put me in touch with a fantastic home inspector and lawyers who also went above and beyond. He puts your needs above everything else! 10/10 would recommend.
